PawappsTerms of service

Terms of service

Effective 21 October 2026 · Applies to all Pawapps apps and pawapps.com

The short version

Who we are

Pawapps makes Juliet Player, Winnie Tag Editor, Sticky Clipboard and Tomatoro, and runs pawapps.com. In these terms, "we" means Pawapps and "you" means anyone using our apps or this website.

Buying an app

Our paid apps are sold through Apple's App Store. Apple handles payment, family sharing, reinstalls and refunds, and Apple's own terms (including its standard license for App Store apps) apply to every purchase. To ask for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.

A purchase gives you a personal license to use the app. You don't own the app itself, and you may not resell, copy or share it outside what Apple allows.

Free trials

Where an app offers a free trial, such as Juliet Player's 7 days, you can use every feature during the trial. When it ends, buy the app to keep using it.

Your content

Our apps work with things that belong to you: your music server, your audio files and what you copy. You are responsible for having the right to use that content, and for keeping your own backups. Winnie Tag Editor writes changes into your files when you save, so check large batches first.

Other services

Juliet Player connects to a music server you choose, and optionally to a lyrics service you set up. We don't run those services and aren't responsible for them, their availability or their content.

Fair use

Please don't:

No warranty

We build our apps with care, but they are provided "as is", without any promise that they will be free of bugs or fit every purpose. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost data or lost files, that come from using the apps. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms as our apps change. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the apps after an update, the new terms apply.
